M365 Engineer

Position Summary:

LOGIS has an opportunity for an M365 Engineer.  You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth implementation, operation, maintenance, and optimization of Microsoft 365 (M365) environments. You will be responsible for implementing, managing, and supporting various M365 applications and services to enhance productivity, collaboration, and security across the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and configure M365 applications and services such as Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, SharePoint Online, and others based on organizational requirements.
  • Design and execute migration strategies from on-premises environments to M365 cloud services.
  • Administer user accounts, groups, and permissions within the M365 environment.
  • Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of M365 services.
  • Implement and enforce security policies, compliance requirements, and data governance standards.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for M365-related issues.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions leveraging M365 capabilities.
Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
  • Proven experience in deploying, configuring, and administering Microsoft 365 applications and services
  • In-depth knowledge of M365 components such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management of M365 environments.
  • Experience leveraging PowerApps to automate business processes and develop applications, forms, and workflows
  • Experience applying modern project management principles, practices, and tools
  • Understanding of vendor roadmaps and modern workplace principles
  • Microsoft Certifications: Azure, M365

Unified Communication & Collaboration Supervisor

Position Summary:

LOGIS has an opportunity for a Unified Communication & Collaboration Supervisor to lead a team responsible for the operation, maintenance, and optimization of communication and collaboration systems delivered to our membership as a managed service as well as overseeing the implementation and successful integration of Cisco Webex and Microsoft 365 solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of communication and collaboration systems, including email, messaging, telephony, video conferencing, document sharing, and other tools.
  • Lead the delivery of communication and collaboration systems as a managed service, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance for our members.
  • Develop and maintain operational procedures, documentation, and knowledge bases to support efficient system administration and troubleshooting.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance, reliability, and usability of collaborative systems and services.
  • Provide escalated technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve complex issues and ensure the uninterrupted operation of collaborative systems.
  • Conduct regular meetings with customers to review service performance, discuss upcoming enhancements, and address any concerns or issues.
  • Stay informed of emerging technologies and trends in collaboration tools, evaluating their potential impact and relevance to the organization.
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for communication and collaboration technologies, aligning it with business objectives and emerging trends in the industry.
Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • Seven years minimum experience supporting and managing communication and collaboration systems and services, preferably in a managed service provider (MSP) environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft product suite, including SharePoint, Teams, M365 apps and OneDrive.
  • This position requires travel to customer sites as needed; a current and valid driver’s license and access to an operable vehicle is required.

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous experience as supervisor, manager, or lead worker.
  • Working knowledge of Cisco product suite, including Webex Calling.
  • Experience leveraging PowerApps to automate business processes and develop applications, forms, and workflows.
  • Experience applying modern project management principles, practices, and tools.
  • Understanding of vendor roadmaps and modern workplace principles.
  • Cisco Certifications: CCNA, CCNP Collaboration.
  • Microsoft Certifications: Azure, M365
  • ITSM Certifications: ITIL, COBIT
